Turning Enterprise Chaos
into Elegant SaaS
My leaders often describe me as one of the most versatile product managers on the team. True to my name, Aditya — "the Sun" — I bring energy and clarity, but in practice I work like water: adaptable, flexible, and quick to fit the needs of any situation.

Building trust
one product
at a time
In my 11 years of building enterprise platform products — especially in B2B — I've learned that almost every business runs on relationships, and relationships run on trust. I've built that trust over and over by being confident, outcomes-focused, and completely committed to the people and work in front of me.
At HireRight, I'm building AI-powered products in a regulated, ops-heavy environment — from a 0-to-1 chatbot now handling 300K+ conversations, to an AI quality control platform aiming for 100% audit coverage. Before that at Accenture, I scaled an invoice fraud detection platform across 40+ global clients, saving over $1M in fraudulent invoices.
11 years of
building things that matter
- Architected globally distributed conversational AI platform (chat + voice) handling 300K+ queries — AHT reduced from 6 mins → 3.5 mins, CSAT improved to 70–80%
- Designed scalable RAG pipeline enabling semantic search across 50K+ documents with 90% message understanding accuracy and sub-500ms latency
- Reduced customer onboarding from 6 weeks → 2 weeks using OCR + NLP + HITL validation workflows
- Consolidated 5 disparate tax engines into a unified Global Tax Platform, eliminating $100K+ in annual operating costs
- Building AI-powered quality control platform targeting 100% audit coverage through human-in-the-loop AI
- Owned end-to-end product lifecycle for ML-based invoice fraud detection system preventing $1M+ in duplicate payments annually

Problems solved,
outcomes delivered
Building a 0-to-1 AI Chatbot in a Regulated Environment

Bringing Accountability to Sales Commission Payments
Owned end-to-end design and delivery of a Salesforce-based commission management system at HireRight — giving leadership real-time visibility into commission spend and tying payouts to actual revenue performance for 500+ sales and account managers.
Scaling Invoice Fraud Detection Across 40+ Global Clients
Grew an invoice duplicate and fraud detection platform at Accenture from concept to 200+ enterprise clients worldwide, personally leading implementation for 40+ of them.
PM philosophy,
not platitudes
Diagnose before prescribing
I treat every problem like a doctor would — no solution until the root cause is clear. Product discovery isn't a box to tick, it's the work. I run structured sessions across geographies, synthesize patterns, and let data challenge my assumptions before proposing anything.
Customer empathy over customer requests
Users tell you what they want; my job is to understand why they want it. I've sat with CS teams across three continents, shadowed operations workflows, and reviewed call recordings — because the insight that changes a roadmap is rarely in a requirements doc.
Define success before writing a line of spec
Every initiative I own starts with: what does "done" look like, and how will we measure it? I establish KPIs, telemetry, and evaluation frameworks upfront so teams aren't flying blind and leadership has clear signals to act on.
Build vs. buy is a discipline, not a default
I've run rigorous build vs. buy analyses that saved organizations hundreds of thousands of dollars. The answer is never obvious — it depends on integration complexity, timeline, regulatory constraints, and what your team can realistically own long-term.
AI with a human in the loop
I'm bullish on AI but disciplined about it. In regulated, ops-heavy environments, full automation is rarely the right answer. I design AI workflows with deliberate checkpoints where humans review high-stakes decisions — and that's not a limitation, it's a feature.
Stakeholder alignment is a product
Getting a great idea approved is its own product challenge. I've presented to C-suite, navigated legal and infosec reviews, and held ground with engineering when timelines got ambitious. Getting everyone pointed the same direction is as important as building the right thing.
How I get
things done
The tools are secondary. The thinking comes first. But knowing which instrument to pick up — and when to build your own — is part of the craft.
What colleagues say
It has been a great experience working with Aditya at Deloitte. As a newbie into the team, I received several KT's from him, and I was quite amazed to see him being extremely patient, kind and helpful towards his colleagues. Ask him the same question 10th time, he still maintains the same smile and explains everything clearly. The most disciplined, humbled, composed, dedicated & always willing to learn person I've met in my career. He's a subject matter expert, a go-to and an always-wanting team member!
I met Aditya at Imarticus. Possesses very good insight on solving business problems. I saw him applying all the practical techniques in Requirements Elicitation. He understands several domains and is able to practically describe solutions to Business problems.
I found Aditya really social and intelligent person. He is always prepared with the task given to him or his team. I like his habit to be punctual and proactive. He is always ready with the nicest and most innovative ideas for any task given to him.
I and Aditya got an opportunity to study for a Business Analyst course at Imarticus learning, Bangalore. During the course I found him a very active member in our group — disciplined and respectful when it comes to work and tasks. I really enjoyed working with him as he is a good listener and cooperative at many times.
"Extremely Dedicated" is the phrase that comes to my mind when I think about Aditya. During our BACP certification program at Imarticus he has always been punctual, attentive, pro-active and result oriented. He has always been keen on learning new techniques — I happily recommend him.
