Turning Enterprise Chaos
into Elegant SaaS

My leaders often describe me as one of the most versatile product managers on the team. True to my name, Aditya — "the Sun" — I bring energy and clarity, but in practice I work like water: adaptable, flexible, and quick to fit the needs of any situation.

About

Building trust
one product
at a time

In my 11 years of building enterprise platform products — especially in B2B — I've learned that almost every business runs on relationships, and relationships run on trust. I've built that trust over and over by being confident, outcomes-focused, and completely committed to the people and work in front of me.

At HireRight, I'm building AI-powered products in a regulated, ops-heavy environment — from a 0-to-1 chatbot now handling 300K+ conversations, to an AI quality control platform aiming for 100% audit coverage. Before that at Accenture, I scaled an invoice fraud detection platform across 40+ global clients, saving over $1M in fraudulent invoices.

How I Work

PM philosophy,
not platitudes

01

Diagnose before prescribing

I treat every problem like a doctor would — no solution until the root cause is clear. Product discovery isn't a box to tick, it's the work. I run structured sessions across geographies, synthesize patterns, and let data challenge my assumptions before proposing anything.

02

Customer empathy over customer requests

Users tell you what they want; my job is to understand why they want it. I've sat with CS teams across three continents, shadowed operations workflows, and reviewed call recordings — because the insight that changes a roadmap is rarely in a requirements doc.

03

Define success before writing a line of spec

Every initiative I own starts with: what does "done" look like, and how will we measure it? I establish KPIs, telemetry, and evaluation frameworks upfront so teams aren't flying blind and leadership has clear signals to act on.

04

Build vs. buy is a discipline, not a default

I've run rigorous build vs. buy analyses that saved organizations hundreds of thousands of dollars. The answer is never obvious — it depends on integration complexity, timeline, regulatory constraints, and what your team can realistically own long-term.

05

AI with a human in the loop

I'm bullish on AI but disciplined about it. In regulated, ops-heavy environments, full automation is rarely the right answer. I design AI workflows with deliberate checkpoints where humans review high-stakes decisions — and that's not a limitation, it's a feature.

06

Stakeholder alignment is a product

Getting a great idea approved is its own product challenge. I've presented to C-suite, navigated legal and infosec reviews, and held ground with engineering when timelines got ambitious. Getting everyone pointed the same direction is as important as building the right thing.

Tools & Stack

How I get
things done

The tools are secondary. The thinking comes first. But knowing which instrument to pick up — and when to build your own — is part of the craft.

Reading List

Books that shaped
how I think

01
Inspired
Marty Cagan
The foundational text on product thinking. Cagan's framing of outcome vs. output changed how I write every roadmap.
02
The Mom Test
Rob Fitzpatrick
The best book on customer discovery ever written. I re-read chapters before every user interview.
03
Never Split the Difference
Chris Voss
Negotiation reframed as empathy. Changed how I handle difficult stakeholder conversations and push back on scope creep.
04
Thinking in Systems
Donella Meadows
Essential for anyone building products with complex integrations. Helped me see feedback loops I was previously blind to.
05
The Lean Startup
Eric Ries
MVP thinking applied to enterprise constraints is harder than it sounds. This book gave me the language for those arguments.
